Digital Wii U is the fastest version, I think Physical Wii U is second, switch digital third, and switch physical in fourth. I believe that SD Card storage is faster than a physical copy, but slower than a digital copy.

Wii U VC loses alot of time over the whole run, I'd say a couple minutes.

No emulator is not allowed.
