Is Digital faster? What if it is on an sd card rather than the switch's storage?

Digital Wii U is the fastest version, I think Physical Wii U is second, switch digital third, and switch physical in fourth. I believe that SD Card storage is faster than a physical copy, but slower than a digital copy.
