Bruh, you are not allowed to use a cape mod just like everyone else. There's a reason only a very limited amount of mods are allowed for runs. You can either use a cape mod or have your runs verified here.
There are dedicated TAS tools for this game. Trying to create a TAS with a macro system not hooked to the game's framerate would create frequent desyncs only a few seconds into the TAS (depending on how precise your strats are). To get started with SM64 TASing, I can recommend either of these videos: The existing 1 key TAS compiling all known strats to achieve the fastest time possible might also be a good guideline for your “perfect” TAS:
