I have been running short season 3 laps with a different route: Japan, Usa, Bahrain, Great Britain and I was wondering, can I use this route in official runs?

I want to do runs with video proof (obviously), but I don't have a capture card, can I use a nromal camera to record it?

I want to ask, can I use all assists or I can't use any assists? Also, can I have any difficulty or 110% always?
