Pull a five star as quickly as possible from the wishes from a fresh, new account.
I believe the default key is 'F' when you're near to push them away, but you need your stamina to not be empty. If you also push it will drain your stamina completely and you can't do it again
Feel free to route and do a run yourself but typically suggestions like these are kinda weird if you aren't a runner and don't do it yourself.
Runs are timed in RTA, so yes. You don't ever need a speedrun timer for RTA because, well, the VOD length is literally good enough.
If you missed them they show up in other places later on so you can still collect them and 100% the game.
