This is coming after the Power Stone 2 fix, so if you wanted any categories like the ALL characters, or NEW GAME+ set to the Power Stone 2, all you have to do is complete a run using the same general rules.
It looks like things were a bit messy so I tried my best to define the rules, including even more pictures this time in the category rules description.
Here are the list of fixes and updates:
-Change the date to 1993 to Feb, 1999. This game came out in the arcades , and Dreamcast, and later to the PSP.
-Added regions, and platforms of release. as well as game info.
-Changed the theme.
-Added pictures and a new background.
-Added Main Rules.
-Clarified descriptions of categories and added new ones for NEW GAME PLUS.
-Explained Vargas, Kraken and unlock items are reserved for new game plus only.
-Created Sub categories for New Game Plus, and All characters cleared.
-Added the character and difficulty variables.
-Current runs on the board inserted into the correct categories with correct variables.
-Added @FLUXdreamcasitor88, a very knowledgeable runner to the boards, to verify runs
In the meantime I will be attempting to create a list of Power Stone runs, and add them back on to the board, because I know quite a large number of people ran this game a year or two ago.

This is one of my favorite fighting game series, personally I have a long history with this game and really have a deep appreciation for this game. So I took a few extra steps with clarifying rules, if something is confusing or needs be added please message me on any social media I have listed on my speedrun profile or here on the site.
I didn't remove any runs and in fact plan on adding any speedruns that seemingly disappeared from the board before I was made moderator.
Here is the list of additions and fixes:
-Fixed the info, this game was released in 2000 not 1999! and originally in Arcades, and then all the standard regions.
-Changed the cover image to the more well liked version.
-Added a background (Was hoping for a gif version with movement of the same image.)
-Edited Game Rules, and All Category Rules.
-Uploaded image to explain the extra options.
-Added the Default and Hard Categories
-Added the category variable

The forum has been updated with graphics and correct times.
I had planned to upload an easy time and fix the normal time but it seems those are lost, so at the next planned pc engine event later in the year I will fix the times.
If you are familiar with the Sega CD version and have a run, please let me know and we will add you as a mod and verify your videos.
@Daravae - If one is made the moderator of a series, that person can freely add games of the series, rather than have to request games of the same series through the system. Is there a way to add me as a moderator to the series of Reborn so I can do this. Sorry I thought I was explaining that was the original reason I contacted the current mod. Again I tried to handle this one on my own, but 7 months of waiting is a long time...
It would be the best option because there is already a series page, but no one is using it.

I have tried to contact the current mod @BlaGe, multiple times, even adding him on all his platforms (Twitter, Youtube, Twitch, Discord) and messaging him (including here on speedrun.com) I added him back in January of the current year, messaged on March 19th, 2020, and again at the end of last month, and beginning of this month.
He has signed in, but does not respond to any of my attempts to contact him to add the games, or even in acknowledgement / greeting. I'm not upset or asking him to be removed, In fact if he ever communicates, I would be more than happy to have him as a mod on the games. However as of now he has only done a single level run of a game and it doesn't seem likely he will respond or interact.
As of yesterday I completed another speedrun for the Katekyo Hitman Reborn games, so as of now I have done more than 7 full runs for 4 different games. I've put in the research and time to figure out the best strategies. I know its not a popular series but I would still like to have the games added so It can be categorized and added since they were officially licensed and released games (DS and PS2 titles.) This is my reason for asking for super mod. I would not remove any runs, and use the same formatting on current boards that I am a part of. Thank you again for the help recently, and again with this.

Original Speedrun Submissions in April, resubmitted in May, Mods are inactive on all platforms. I plan to clean the boards, and clarify rules. Without removing runs, as I have done on previous boards.
Fixed descriptions of the runs, and removed the options that dont apply do this version of the game (See Guilty Gear X Plus)
Added Kojr's Guilty Gear Discord Link, Characters Variables, etc.

I saw someone made a message about other modes, If there is not a category listed and you want it added please message first.
Any word on Power Stone 2 and Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000. I waited another week and a half but it seems no response from the former mods.
I added the character Variables now. Unlockable characters would be in their own category.

The Leaderboard has been updated with change to the character variables as well as an update to the images.
When I joined the rankings and was later added to mod, many runs were in place so I don't plan on removing any categories with current times in them.

I tried it more today. You can get anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 Minutes on witch fight.
Its awful.
Ok good, i had the exact same thing happen i. That spot same spot.
We should try to making a big list of stages and appearance. Since it could be a set order, I think the 2minute and 30 second witch fight is always last.

I was surprised so many people have an interest in this game! I guess Shreks love and life is so powerful it stretches across the seas.
So after some testing today, I thought I would mention some findings.
It seems that there are mainly 2 types of stage Win conditions that will appear, in any random order from the start of the run till end.
Timed Shrek Slams Race for Shrek Super Slams
The second, Race for super shrek slams , is almost always the better option unless you get a 1 minute shrek slam. Also the count for winning seems to be random. Sometimes its 3 (usually for 1v1) but sometimes its first to 1 point or even 5 (even for 4 player stages)
Usually at the start of the run you will probably want to reset until you get race for shrek super slams, i noticed its more likely to be more race for shrek super slams if the first is timed. Stages also seem to be random.
If anyone finds any ways to manipulate stage or stage win conditions please lets post it here.

Normally I would reccomend normal hardware but apparently the European version of this game has several issues.
