Congrats on the console sub 51! Nice to see it finally happen.
It's probably not worth it unless you're like controller God and have no other way to save time; I've tried it and it's very, very hard to not fall off. @puseecat692
Okay, I seriously JUST noticed I screwed up the time by thirty seconds. That wasn't intentional.
I'd just like to point out how optimized sub 40 is for Gless Main Game.
You have to hit space within one frame. There's really no tips to it. You just get a feel for it. But it's not that worthwhile of a timesave unless you're one of the top players.
Yeah, I probably forgot something, but that's what I know about them.
Let me translate for you lesser-endowed commenters: "Blah blah blah, blah blah blah." Edit: sounds like he's asking for a 4K television in the time it takes to run Gless, so that might be something.
If you have good movement, that's really all that matters in Glitchless, as J3 said. You're not going to get a 51 first try, but as you grind it more and more, you'll see your time go down. Best of luck!
Set the difficulty to the lowest, as it's faster. FPS only applies to PC.
@DarkSR Perhaps any non-scripted interactions that cause the red borders to appear on the screen?
I did something similar a while ago. While it is a good challenge, it's quite an annoying speedrun. GG, though. Best of luck getting them to add it :).
Basically what the title says. If the download's free, I might just try this game out (always wanted to watch the movie lol). Edit: Download says 92 hours, so this might be a while.
@PatoSoldado When you submit a run, a notification pops up telling you it can take up to three weeks.
Okay, I get what you're saying. I kind of wish there was some way to know the time limit before submitting the run (besides asking, that is), as I've had several runs rejected because of it.
Not a mod, but for Gless runs, you need to get sub 1 hr for it to be accepted. Also, I would suggest asking on the Discord for a faster answer.
No, they are not allowed on Gless 100%. Yeah, kinda late answer. :)
You have to enter a Wallride by jumping into the wall using the first vaulting item. Remain in the Wallride, and run over to the hole. If you exit the Wallride, you'll have to try again. If you're in a Wallride state when you get to the hole, press "Crouch" and you will be able to walk through the hole. Just... make sure to hug the side. Otherwise, you can still exit the Wallride. Hope this was right, and that it helped!
Just wondering if there's ever going to be any more categories added. I've suggested 100%, and now I'm thinking of a No Glitches/Glitchless category. Here's something like what it might look like:
Yes, yes, I know, there aren't that many glitches in the game. I'm just pulling at straws here.
