I'm not sure exactly what you are talking about but questions like this are usually better to ask in our Discord since more people will see it and its much easier to communicate there.

You have to enter a Wallride by jumping into the wall using the first vaulting item. Remain in the Wallride, and run over to the hole. If you exit the Wallride, you'll have to try again. If you're in a Wallride state when you get to the hole, press "Crouch" and you will be able to walk through the hole. Just... make sure to hug the side. Otherwise, you can still exit the Wallride.
