Seconding what GremHK suggested. Unfortunately we can't add a penalty as it's impossible to accurately time what happened during the part that was cut out by the faulty stream, especially if the missing footage spans multiple rooms.
Verify integrity of game files in Steam. Scarab has a "disable API" button but it doesn't always work. You can also create separate installs if you have the storage space for it.
If you don't enter your main save file with the downpatched version of the game then no, downpatching won't affect it. If you're worried you can back up your save file by copying the corresponding userX.dat file to a safe location.

if you mean a run that requires you to defeat all three forms of every boss in the hall of gods, it exists on the unofficial category extensions sheet (pinned in #misc in the discord server) but not enough people have run it to warrant an src board for it
with delayed interaction storage, you're storing the prompt to interact to use outside of the normal hitbox, not storing an interaction itself. for example, storing the prompt to interact with an npc is delayed interaction storage. having control while actually interacting with that npc, usually through quickmap shenanigans, is normal interaction storage. (i hope this explanation has also explained why half the glitched community hates this name hehe)
this isn't bench storage, this is delayed interaction storage (or whatever people are calling it these days, it's the slopeball of glitched categories in that no one can decide on a name) and works on lots of interactable objects that aren't benches still very banned in nmg categories though for sure
smh slaurent obviously you do itemless baldurs and go kill hornet
godhome mms can be done on any patch that has godseeker mode, including 1.4.3.2. there are some slight differences (such as not being able to open inventory while cdashing- this is relevant for equipping charms and can be circumvented by equipping them on the bench in godhome) but overall the run is the same on 1.4.3.2 as on 1.5.75.
1.5.75 is optimal for godhome mms categories, but some other routes that use different glitches use earlier patches if you would prefer those :)
