I recommend downloading the premade splits for PoP from HK Split Maker: https://hksplitmaker.com/?builtin=pop does most of the work for you.
For clarity:
Path of Pain ILs, found under the "levels" tab here, only complete path of pain. Time begins on the load into the first room of PoP and ends on the load after the end cutscene. Your video evidence should not start in PoP as we need to see you enter the first room for accurate timing.
A different leaderboard exists for PoP%, where time begins on the load into King's Pass in a fresh save file and ends on the load after completing PoP. It can be found at https://www.speedrun.com/hkmemes?h=PoP-1.4.3.2_NMG&x=w20q1mzd-wlewrjxl.810pnzpl
There are top runners using either of them. Keyboard has a slight advantage for some tech but overall it's minimal difference. Just go with what you're comfortable with.
Sounds like dive float. Typically this is done with quick map storage (so that it can be done anywhere, not requiring a pool of water). Nice job finding it on your own though!
This is most likely mod-related. Increasing nail damage with debug or other mods persists through quitouts because it's saved at the save file level and not completely tied to mods themselves. Feel free to update this post if you find a way to reproduce it without mods installed though!
Oh this is fascinating. What patch are you on and do you know how long your loads are on average? Load warps are known but we usually consider them mostly exclusive to patches before 1.3.
(also you might want to ask glitch questions in #glitched-discussion in the Discord so more glitched runners will see and respond to it :3)
Pantheon IL build is quick slash + strength + fury + flukes + steady body + nailmaster's glory.
You can still submit it--we'd just retime the rest of the run RTA.

The downpatching guide has a section on creating multiple installs. If you want to be able to launch them both in Steam you can add the new install as a Non-Steam Game once you've created it.
You're thinking of delayed interaction (aka delayed interaction storage, but half the community swears by dropping the "storage" part because it's inaccurate and also people confuse it with interaction storage too much) but yeah it is a major glitch, so you're not going to see any NMG runs doing it.
Any mods including Custom Knight and HP bars are banned. Modding API itself is also banned, i.e. you must uninstall it completely even if no mods are enabled.
all unbreakables ag is a really funny category because of the blind oob movement that exists in literally no other category, and you really only are there because it's the fastest place to get an absurd amount of geo. max geo would be standing in the infinite geo pit and shrieking for 15 minutes instead of save quitting and buying the charms after you've done it an acceptable number of times. i have tried doing the former and getting to max geo was funny the one time but also boring. don't recommend it. just run all unbreakbles tbh
I believe SardineSlayer (and all console runners with livesplit up) use manual splits, ie they have livesplit open and running and click a button every time they want it to split. These runs are still timed RTA, so console runs with livesplit don't have the benefit of loadless time like PC runs have, which is why the leaderboard split exists.
probably would just mostly be shriek% (minus wraiths) up until abyss. that's already a category with a not insignificant amount of runs on the unofficial sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vSHyJ2ZdtTPvoudRJ_VAW_an61MumAHdsQOm4Z9wvn_ou73rxX9w9ydb_lDuyOTCnXvmb68HlMrjPYa/pubhtml#
nothing gets added to src without first demonstrating interest in the community, so if you want to see sharpshadow% added to the sheet, head over to #misc in the discord and post your suggestion there, see if anyone else runs it :D
also just speaking from personal experience, don't be afraid to change things up to keep things interesting for you. if you find yourself running into the same lack of motivation and interest over and over then there might be something else you like better. lots of new runners start with any% nmg which is totally fine but you could also try out some ILs, glitched runs, meme categories, etc. and see if you end up feeling more engaged with those.
at least for me, the point of speedrunning is less to brute force my way into a better time but to run what feels good and enjoy the experience. why use your free time playing video games just to stress yourself out? personally i tried any% nmg and then a few other nmg categories and thought i just hated speedrunning, turned out i just hated running full-game nmg categories and my heart lies with glitched memes and ILs. totally up to you if you want to venture outside of your comfort zone but i definitely encourage it.
MMS is not possible on consoles, so no, there can't be a console "all glitches" board. That said, you're free to submit console runs to existing NMMS categories. Historically console NMMS hasn't been very popular, but if it does gain popularity, a separate leaderboard could be considered. Likely this won't happen in the near future though.
fwiw, just having the modding API installed is banned. so if you've previously played with custom knight you'll have to revert to a fully vanilla install.
There isn't a list of major glitches anywhere, although you can ask in the discord if you have a specific question about a glitch. You're a lot more likely to get an answer there than here.
As for your question, multiple ways of getting invincibility with dream gate are known at the moment, so while it's possible that you've discovered something new, it's likely already known about. Regardless you're welcome to post a video or just a description of what you want to know about in #glitched-discussion if you're still curious.
