If you have the world file, in zip:

1. Extract File
2. Drag the extracted file into your .minecraft/saves folder

If you have the world file as a folder

1. Drag the folder into .minecraft/saves folder

You can use glitches in Any% You cannot use glitches in Any% Glitchless

Really sucks :( that has happened many times during SSG a runs when I have a good time.
