We(and every other leaderboard on speedrun.com) have a "Platform" variable. All console runs can be marked as such, and anyone viewing the leaderboard can filter PC out.
The wrong warps save something like ~8 minutes, I think.
Huh, that's weird. Are you using the unpatched steam version, and set your timing method to Game Time?

Set your game to Fallout 4 in livesplit, the autosplitter should appear, click Activate.
It might be possible for us to share only the files that are different between 1.0 and the patched version, which will be much easier to download than the entire game. We'll know soon.
It's possible that the console simply can't handle this long slide and you'll have to either do the old walking route, or leave your power armor in lexington and walk from there(I guess?)
you're doing it wrong, you get this boost by staying in 3rd person and repeatedly opening the pip-boy to boost.
someone should do a tutorial on this honestly. the trick is to get multiple boosts by opening the pip boy as the loading icon in the bottom right corner of the screen disappears(you dont need good timing, just tap the pip-boy button every time you see it disappear)
also holy shit, those console loads are bad.
Seems useless, then. AFAIK the only thing that could currently sequence break the game harder would be early institute(without doing any quests).
wait, does that actually take you to the institute? or what? because if so then you skipped half of the game
skywalk, why are you recommending the old method for the MF jump? is the one you posted recently less consistent?
First video: the way we did it in runs is we turned 90 degrees right and held forward for a bit. That should result of you landing in the hallway.
Second: We have two different strategies to skip the climb now. Check either bubbledelfuego's past broadcasts for his recent runs(because highlighting PBs is for chumps), or check the "clip warp" video here http://www.speedrun.com/Fallout_4/thread/v0jtu/2.
But if the slides dont work on console, or you just really want to do the climb: for the first clip, you can skip it by climbing the elevator wall to the right(it's finicky). For the second one, there is a backup for when you fall into the building, but it's hard to describe. I recommend checking my PB at 1:57:40-1:59:10 to see what I mean with both clips. ()
(I still recommend just skipping the climb using a cover slide, though. It's less consistent but if you can do it, it's faster.)
You can find the load remover in Livesplit. Set your game to Skyrim and the button to Activate it should appear. Remember to change the settings.
Game version doesn't matter. Most people use the current Steam version with no DLCs enabled.
Your runs won't be rejected because they're missing no-loads times if you don't want to retime everything. The plugin removes all loads: quick loads, the quick save stutter, entering areas, overworld loading when you're going too fast.
What's very important is that the plugin DOES NOT REMOVE the 3 second black screen after every load.
There's no such thing as global or local, every area(interiors as well as the exterior) is on its own map with only one set of coordinates.
Void out/coc points are basically never at 0,0
Also the institute I'm pretty sure isn't in the exterior, but there might be an OoB loading zone to it somewhere.

Judgy, why do you want to make a rule for languages? Anyone can run in any language they want, just change the language setting.
