I thought about sharing all my car setups I use to go as fast as possible and easily win every race in this game. I use the same setup for every circuit and only use different setups for each car. General settings:
Brake balance: in the center
Front wing: maximum
Rear wing: maximum
Ballast position: see each individual car below; the settings below are all in relation to the corresponding car's stock setting
Gears final drive: see each individual car below; the settings below are all in relation to the corresponding car's stock setting
1st to 6th gear: these settings are reversed for some reason, meaning that putting these settings towards short actually make the individual gears longer and vice versa. See each individual car below
Front tire pressure: minimum
Rear tire pressure: minimum
Front ride height: minimum
Rear ride height: minimum
Front anti-roll bar: maximum
Rear anti-roll bar: maximum
Front springs: see each individual car below; the settings below are absolute increments
