Tavo has a frick ton of potential. That double jump allows him to go places other characters can't. The 1HP Problem may make it seem pointless, but thats what SKILL is for.

I've been experimenting with Tavo on Crazy Path, and from what I have seen a sub 8 is actually possible. This is most likely below the time for any other character or run.
