This is the 60-fps timer I've used in my videos.

As long as you put a link of "speedrun.com/sandstorm" in your video or description, you don't need to give credit to me. After all, it's something you can make on your own.

The video is 15min59sec59frame long. I thought that there would be no run that is beyond that time, but should one come up, I would make a longer one.



Oh also, if you want to use this timer in other games than Sandstorm, please ask me first - I'll say yes to it but would like to know!

AutoSplit images for Checkpoint Any%

Do note that different color scheme will not work with the last objective marker, in which case you can either make your own, or simply ignore it (the final timer-stop image is still there).

However, the reason I use the last objective marker as a dummy is that *a flashbang can mask the entire screen in white washout, which can trigger the timer-stop image*, so I want to have the 175 seconds of cooldown for AutoSplit functionality.

Even with the AutoSplit, the final time will be determined by frame-by-frame calculation, so AutoSplit or any other timer-related software are not necessary. You may benefit from having one as it can help you tell whether a run was fast or slow.

Do note that the **AutoSplit has a slight delay** between the frame-perfect timer stop & actual stop input. If you get a good result, **do check it frame-by-frame and determine where your true timer-stop should be**!
