The top bar is way too big compared to the old one, while adding nothing of use, meaning it's just removing working space on my browser window. The new font used is awful compared to the old one. The spacing between anything is way too big (in the frontpage, there's too much room between runs/games, in menus, even in the leaderboards themselves).
Pretty much the only thing I like is the new streams page that actually uses the entire page instead of just the middle.
You say you want the website to be mobile-compatible, and that's fine, but that should not come at expense of people who use computer screens. I personally don't like "modern-looking" websites so please let me go back to the previous layout.
edit:
Also fix this
There are no enters/spaces between games on the game page when it is on list view
The most obvious improvement is the loading time, it's really a lot faster! But that's the best I can say, unfortunately, as I don't really like many of the changes. I find it harder to read text and finding symbols. Many things were put in menus, maybe a bit too much.
- All text is too small in my opinion. I also miss the category names as a title over the leaderboard, I liked it much more than just seeing the name on a tab.
- IL tables look TERRIBLE without borders! Also, why did you make it that you need two clicks to go to the IL table from another site on the gamepage? The old layout allowed you to either go directly to the table or popping out the list first. Now you're required to pop it out first, I don't like this.
- Why did you remove the footer and put all links in a dropdown menu? You should avoid menus like this unless you really need to save space, which wasn't an issue with the footer. I'm assuming you tried to get everything close together so you will never have to scroll.
- I also don't really like changing the leaderboard filters to a single dropdown menu, but I can see that the old separate dropdowns weren't optimal if there were too many filters. Maybe there should be some more options here to choose between the new and the old method, or only having certain filters show up as separate dropdowns.
- The same thing goes for the misc. categories, some more options would help.
- Maybe you could make the Speedrun.com image at the top left a bit larger to match the search bar?

Ironically, some padding is missing left of the text there: http://www.speedrun.com/resources
The links on the level-leaderboard table only get me to "undefined". Title bar permanently covers 15% of my already small screen without good reason. Leaderboards with RTA and ingame time got really messed up, e.g. quake: http://www.speedrun.com/Quake
The mobile experience is a huge improvement, but desktop needs some fixing.
UUUgh I clicked a another page and all of my post died...so heres to start again. Will only post the most major issues this time.
- Why is there a home button when clicking speedrun.com does the same thing?
- Too much vertical spacing, equaling more fluff.
- Header takes up too much space. Everything could fit in a single column, as we don't need that much space for a search bar. Also, if the header is extended because of mobile compatibilty reasons, then it could simply extend vertically when the width is too short.
- Sub level formatting got screwed up. Now it's cluttered to the left. Here's an example: http://www.speedrun.com/Freedom_Planet/Shang_Mu_Academy
also in DL1 http://www.speedrun.com/dl1 someone submitted a run improving their 3rd place time, but when we are logged out, we only see his old time, as if his new one wasn't updated. (Sorry for talking about the bleeding obvious, but just in case some issues aren't known) :)
Also I would like to point out on a run the old layout with the text for Edit, Reject etc were much better than the current dots. The reason I say this is because if you want to do a specific action then you click more. Having to click the dots for an action is just so inconvenient. It just may be my opinion, but I find it to be easier to click what I want to do. Instead of having to use a menu to do one.
As with the majority, not entirely a fan of the new layout. My biggest complaint with this is that the top header takes up far too much space at the top.
