you have to soft lock yourself somehow, and have ILs for each level it's possible in. This is a 00 run using a Vault Save.

Also just for the record, I'm pretty sure your 00/01 run there isn't a true softlock, I believe you can grab the radio from the vault and toss it in the door to keep it open.
Developer Commentary% Glitchless
The goal is to beat the game through normal glitchless rules, but you're allowed to do developer commentary node warping. Simply press your use key and your attack2 key on the same tick and you will warp to the next commentary node. As you can see from the video, this shaves a lot of time off of the regular glitchless run and even has some cool routes like 17. My run below is really shotty but all of the routes are there.
A run where you are allowed to use ent_remove and ent_remove_all, i think itd be interesting since these commands are not locked to sv_cheats 1

Add isg% beat the game by any means necessary (other than cheats and stuff like spt) but keep item save glitch (you must get item save glitch in chamber 00 via the vault method) through the entire game including end (for demo proof you are able to check if hoopy and the other glados debris fall through the floor during the ending cutscene)

The main issue with ISG% is that since it mostly only affects interaction with props, only a handful of maps are significantly different from a regular run. For OoB and Inbounds this is really just 00/01 and e02. NoSLA would also have 04/05, 12, 13 (where props can also be avoided with door shot or the xy bump), 17 and e00 changed, which is still only a few chambers + you'd have to ignore the fact that plenty of props fall OoB by themselves.
Well the second idea was that under elevator strats would be banned, allowing for a much harder experience and a very hard chamber 17, also, there is currently a run of it by someone else happening in the portal discord and I have a full run documented here (this was the first full run ever made so it is very janky) you are also required to obtain isg in vault, im sorry I didn't fully refer to the submission rules and this is now a better explanation
Strafe%, you can only move using +strafe and you have to have the command "sensitivity 100000000" on at all times, this creates situations with special angles and setups to get portal shots which I think could make a fun challenge
I just thought about the perfect way to implement intended%, what about you play in developer commentary (no warp glitch) and you have to get each commentary node in the order shown by the file names, Contended%
That only changes the route in significant ways on a handful of maps, with most others only requiring you to take like a 1 second detour to grab a node.
I would also once again like to direct you to the suggestion guidelines and ask you to give your ideas some more thought and examine them ingame before suggesting.
I think the closest we could get to intended% would be glitchless all main triggers
OOTB%: (This would be Xbox (and maybe PS) exclusive bc they have the achivement) Full game speedrun which ends at the moment that the Out Of The Blue achivement pops.

Glitchless with ABH. All glitchless rules apply. ABH is allowed.
To prevent confusion, some extra rules:
- Time must obviously start at wakeup (when crosshair is gained) and when GLaDOS gets destroyed (when you lose crosshair)
- No ABH over goo, or any variations of that. All strats must be able to be done in regular Glitchless runs.
- ABH is mandatory and must be done in every chamber (excluding 7 and 8)
Least Portals Glitchless with Half-Life 2 Weapons
Rule differences from standard Least Portals Glitchless:
- The following commands are allowed, and sv_cheats 1 is set so they can be used: "use", "givecurrentammo", "give"
- The give command is only allowed for weapons and ammunition. If the leaderboard were added, a whitelist of all the weapon and ammo entities would be listed in its rules.
Some elaboration:
This category opens up new strategies primarily utilizing the Gravity Gun and explosives. The Gravity Gun alone enables numerous new routes, and frankly it's just very fun to delete turrets with a rocket launcher or gun down GLaDOS with an SMG. I opted for it to be Least Portals to encourage the use of Half-Life 2's arsenal in favor of simply doing conventional routes with the weapons in your back pocket and for the potential of shaving portals off using these new tools. My suggested ruleset disallows the HEV Suit, Batteries, and Medkits. I prefer to exclude the HEV Suit because sprinting with AD spam is faster than bhopping with it equipped, and I feel this is not only harder on the fingers but less skillful and visually impressive. I prefer to exclude Medkits primarily for uniformity but also because their only real purpose would be cheesing out certain sections like surviving indefinite fire from turrets or a long swim in goo.
I have already performed the following IL runs as proofs of concept. They aren't the flashiest, as my time for speedrunning is limited as of late and I haven't had the chance to bring their times down further. However, I think they present the potential new routes this run would offer quite well. They are linked below.
I would love to hear any thoughts on the concept. Critiques and suggestions for how to improve this potential category are welcome.
Played another run tonight of the above suggestion, this one of Chamber 13 in 0 portals. Didn't have the time to grind down a better run, but I think the route speaks for itself in the interesting gameplay opportunities opened up by the category.

This would be done fastest by softlocking in chamber 5 by throwing a cube through the door
