don't worry you're not the first one to notice i think you can get an older version through jailbreaking and then get it directly from the app store by selecting the version you want to download however, i don't know how to do that since i have an android and the mods haven't directly stated that older versions are allowed so for now, yes, you can downgrade, but it hasn't yet been said that it's valid for runs.
