no. Fps changes only happen before the run and if you change it during the run your run will be rejected

What if you have a bad pc and u just set your graphics to max and it lags could it be verified

if the framerate is unstable then its impossible to detect any sort of cheats or anything like that

its not to do with your computer if your game lags while having lag abuse its likely your monitor because your fps has to do with your monitor if it lags its most likely your monitor only goes to 60 fps so its like 60Hz

so your refresh rate has to do with your monitor and your fps has to do with your cpu and gpu

@caveman_ some games have some kind of restrictions and your fps cap is directly based on hz of your monitor, but that cap can be bypassed in some ways.
