New format, Updates & New categories form

The new format is now being used and I also added a few categories people cough cough gravy have wanted. Level 2 UwU Sign has also been removed from the game so that category is no longer possible and has been made Legacy. Fence Skip
Apologies for the delay. Due to a unanimous vote, fence skip will no longer be considered a skip and is therefore allowed in level 2 skipless% speedruns.
