Recently, I rejected this run for using fence skip. If the runner had landed on top or to the left of the fence at roughly 0:07, the run would have been valid. A few people pointed out that if start maneuver (formerly known as start skip) doesn't skip enough of the map to be considered a skip, fence skip shouldn't be a skip, either.
A valid run looks like this (at about 0:05) or this (at about 0:06).
So, I decided to let you all decide fence skip's fate. Should fence skip still be a skip? Voice your opinion here. The poll will be closed in about a week.
