One in-game minute is advanced every 0.1 seconds (in reality, it will take slightly longer than 0.1 seconds; it advances the first update after 0.1 seconds have elapsed) This means that one day should last 2:24; however, in testing, it was always more like 2:40.

Clicking on a building has a 0.1 second cooldown before the next click will register, so maximum 10 clicks per second. This is per building, so you can alternate between clicking two buildings and advance both of them. Holding click on a building advances it in 0.15 second intervals, so mashing is better.

A maximum 6 copies of Add Fetish accessories can exist; there's no other restrictions on what shows up in the shop.

Number of employees required for higher tier girls to show up for hiring: Tiffany, Nikki, Kyanna: 0 Nadia, Zoey, Beli: 1 Audrey, Sarah, Lailani: 2 Lillian, Lola, Aiko: 3 Jessie, Renee, Nora: 4 Candace, Brooke, Marlena: 5 Other than that, the 3 girls you get to choose from are totally random.

Promo ad fan calculation: The website chosen (so the fetish chosen) is completely random and it doesn't matter if you have any girls that appeal to that fetish. V1.0: Fans: Your number of fans (min. 100, max. 100,000) times 5%-10% (random) Cost: The promo's number of fans, times a lerp from 2 to 50, using the promo's fans (This means that it starts at a cost of $2 per fan, but that cost goes up as the number of fans the promo is worth goes up, maxing out at $50 per fan if the promo is worth 10,000 fans) V1.0.2: Fans: Your number of fans (min. 100, max. 100,000) times 5%-7.5% (random) Cost: The promo's number of fans, times a lerp from 2 to 75 (4 to 150 on Hard Mode), using the promo's fans / 7500 So, Promos are both worth less fans and cost more on V1.0.2.

If you've never opened the Promo menu before on Day 1, it will generate the ads then and there, so if you've gotten a Promo upgrade or have more than 100 fans, those will apply. Promos are generated at midnight each day, so this trick only applies to Day 1.

Smokes/cigs info: Frequency of girls taking them is very random: Sometimes: 90 to 270 minutes Frequent: 60 to 180 minutes Addicted: 30 to 90 minutes Rock Hard Mode halves all of these delays.

Girls that smoke/drink have a stress reduction of 10% per level of addiction. (For example, Nadia has a Sometimes (1) and Frequent (2), so she gets 70% of the stress from tasks.)

Trophy values / token reward: Diamond: 100,000 fans, 40 tokens (1.0), 24 tokens (1.0.2) Platinum: 50,000 fans, 32 tokens (1.0), 20 tokens (1.0.2) Gold: 25,000 fans, 24 tokens (1.0), 16 tokens (1.0.2) Silver: 10,000 fans, 16 tokens (1.0), 12 tokens (1.0.2) Bronze: 5,000 fans, 8 tokens None: 4 tokens Failing before day 21 doesn't give any tokens Rock Hard Mode has a x2 multiplier to received tokens

144 tokens are needed for 100%. The best way to achieve that is likely 2 Diamonds and 2 Platinums on 1.0. If Rock Hard Mode was available from the start, you could do it in 3 Rock Hard Diamonds, but alas, that is not the case.
