Looks Like others are using the standard offset of 2.78 seconds?? My timer started on Player select (no offset called out in the rules) ended on key touching keyhole as required. If there isn't supposed to be an offset, then my time is 8:26. Else if timed as the others do, it is the 8:23 as listed. Thanks.
