Yeah, JustACat said a while back that he would revamp the leaderboards but that doesnt seem to be happening so the rules have remained unclear and the Moderators have been struggling on what to do with runs that don't follow the rules. Though the rules say that you must be Normal Monkey or something like that, people submit runs as Rock Monkey and it messes everything up when a Moderator approves it because now either the new runners are unable to beat the record because of the invalid run or we must take down every run that is invalid which is the better of the two ideas but still not a good solution because of the time it would take and it is not fair to the runner who submitted the run because of a Moderators false judgment. I will start talking to other Moderators and JustACat to see what should he done about the situation but I cannot promise a good solution will come anytime soon.
i think any runs should have a vote in the speedrun discord on the specefic runs that dont count and should be taken off
yea I struggle with this too as i hold the real all tagged record but there are people above me who broke the rules
