My last PB for this game unless something crazy happens with routing.

I rerouted a lot . You lose time from enemies, projectiles being on screen, and randomly when jumping. You can stop lag by floating.

The section was RNG pain. You can basically save or lose 7 seconds just from RNG up to the jungle stage.

I rerouted deaths to stop having to do frame perfect nonsense. The total time loss was negligible compared to a run that gets every frame perfect trick AND you get more health, so it was an easy decision.

The desert temple had a top route that was faster by a second, but up to 3 seconds faster if bottom route had bad RNG. I was also able to take out a cycle on the toad boss on all patterns but one.

The fake king fight I removed a cycle by damage boosting off spikes. I used this same trick on the mirror boss, vastly reducing RNG resets. The twin fight was reliable except for I think two patterns, but only the perfect "all slow" pattern saves you a full cycle, which I did not get in this run.

The mirror stage I implemented a simple TAS skip and brought a deathwarp from the twins to the boss. This is a decent time loss on its own, but allowing you to dboost through the spike hallway is helpful.

I had the ghost follow in Goza. It's slower at first, but saves time on lag reduction. I also climb the left spike wall.

The final stage has a few improvements left I didn't add, but they're minor. I did a new skip I didn't see even in the TAS towards the end to skip a long flight.

At the end boss I added a risky early shot. It gives you a buffer, as getting the early shot means you can miss two!

I would like to note that this is only 3 seconds slower than the TAS, and those 3 were lost to RNG! The TAS is the US version, but still!

This was a fun run, but I'm done resetting on the first boss. 25:28 by frames if it's on confirming the last dialog box, 25:29 if it's when the box disappears.
