resubmitting this because the igt on this run is almost 2 seconds faster than my other run, there's absolutely no shot this run is obsolete compared to the other one if they're both retimed. usually i wouldn't care but it could easily put me a place higher on the leaderboard so i don't understand why this isn't also retimed
