Exactly. Most try to keep things secret. I asked questions to some top 10 players and got some very negative response. I totally respect Nicro and this should be a sticky actually or at least in the guides section.

First of all, Thanks for all the answers. It was a timing problem. I found a way to get it and learn how it should visually look:
-Backjump on the spring, and at the highest point do your first throw. Delay it (see link below) and after the bounce keep throwing cappy at the wall with Y as fast as you can, just repeatly press y. The wall jump will start at the highest point, it will not register your input sooner. As soon as you walljump throw cappy over the building and do the last jump. Thats how I learned the timing for it visually, but doing it this way isnt slower.

Here it is. I just don't get the problem but it must be the same reason why I cant do Cap Kingdom left route. Spend hours on that one too and never made it.
This is how I practiced it. I can make a video with the extra cap throw, but I wont make the jump :)
Actually, I tried this jump for a view hours and never succeded. Than I watched how Nicroveda and Vallu do it. Without the extra cap stall. That way I can make the jump. I dont know why but I dont seem to get any extra height from it, actually it drops a little.
I don't but I would like to know how its done (the walljump simply doesn't give enough height) so I can practise it. Thats how I learned to do the sphynx skip and now I can do it pretty consistant.
-Stand in aprox the right place (look at the top speedruns for the best spot. It can be slighly off.
- Jump with B -Ground pound with ZL + hold left stick left -Listen for the sound when Mario hits the ground, when he does quickly press X followed by Y&B together. (you are still holding left stick)
You have to roll your thumb to get x&b quickly enough. Its almost at the same time but if you do that you won't get constistant in it.
Im totally missing something here. I simply don't get enough height with the wall jump. Can anyone break down the movements? Also to make the triple jump on the hat I have to slow down a little against the wall. Is this correct?

Found my problem :) I was clipping without walking. Adding diagonal left walking when in the air before the groundpound and holding it, did the trick.
I have no idea how they do it. As soon as I clip it loads moon 10. In the speedruns I see that they can jump after the clip. Im totally missing something. Do you mean the left stick turning right? I tried as soon as im in the air for the groundpound but I still get to moon 10

I have managed the sphynx skip a couple of times. However im instantly arriving at moon 10. How do you get to moon 9 first?
I can't seem to get the first one. I'm missing major height but don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

Tried the metro jump with a longjump + diagonal gliding. Took 3 attempts to get it. Thank you for the tip :)
Rolling however I dont understand. How do you throw cappie, because you are using that same button to roll.
Still no luck with the first 1:57 jump but Ill keep trying :)
