This stage resumes with the speedrun difficulty, but it has a great variety of move combos to pull off. The lake glide and the submarine run were very fun when I got the hang of them. The boss fight is definitely the most difficult part of the run. So much precision is required to complete that quickly. Also, the audio was not captured during the recording.
