The timesave here comes from the last Chirp. If you play everything optimally, you can catch a super early Chirp cycle which can be grabbed with a jump. I saw 3 early cycles in around 17 minutes, probably not RTA-viable but meh. Good news is any early Chirp cycle is a guaranteed 0:11, as far as I am aware.
