1. Download the zip and extract it somewhere
2. Go to your FPS install location, navigate to Fashion Police Squad\Fashion Police Squad_Data\Managed and backup the file Assembly-CSharp.dll. (You can copy it right there and just rename the copy to Assembly-CSharp.dll.bak if you would like)
3. Launch the game, and launch CE
4. On CE, click Mono > Activate Mono Features
5. On CE, click File > Load and load the cheat table called FPSTrainer
6. Proceed to any stage in the game (only have to do it one time)
7. Once in level, use the scripts ?

Some caveats: It's not currently possible to exit noclip mode on this game. They removed methods for re-enabling collision layers, and you also can't restore the free camera back to the player. So use NoClip only when you really need to, because to go back to normal gameplay you'll have to restart the whole game.
