In categories like All Easy there is pretty heavy competition going on, some levels having 100+ tied WRs, or being different by 1-2 miliseconds. So if 2 runners get perfect and nearly perfect runs in this category they'll all be first place, which isnt really fair.

For better competition, I think miliseconds should be added for all categories.
