Did a RTA run with the same strategy as my IGT one. Definitely not as efficient as an RTA strat, but I'm not sure if there are faster ways to do it either way.

Got a bit screwed over by the Strong Local Aristocrats modifier in Antioch which effectively makes it impossible to convert, but I figured out on the fly that the modifier goes away if you give it away to a vassal so I managed to solve it. But still wasted a bunch of time there. Still, since this is the first RTA run submitted to this category I guess it doesn't matter too much that it's slow ¯_(ツ)_/¯
