I turned on the livesplit timer late, so it's not accurate. I retimed it to 9:15 later though, I think that should be right.

Did a slightly different strat that was made possible on 1.31 with Leviathan, namely to use Concentrate Development to get enough Sunni development instead of conquering stuff in North Africa. Tbh I'm not sure if it's necessarily inherently faster than the old strat, since it's still limited by coring times, but it's a bit easier to execute in real-time at least.
