Your incompetency makes me question you as a moderator for any game.
AFAIK there isn't anything to resize the window and maintain the aspect ratio. I use WinExplorer to resize it to exactly 960x720 each time I play (to Dangerless's dismay, I guess).
Some work has been made for this but it's difficult to come up with an interface for it.
The markdown is a bit broken right now so it's really sensitive, but [this should work with basic strings] (https://www.speedrun.com/).

That point aside, you should mention the game your referring to so we don't have to go digging for it. It's SuperTuxKart for anyone else reading this thread. You're also not mentioning how you want to restructure the leaderboard. Least of all there's only 11 full-game runs so re-adding them manually isn't a hassle.
There's only 4 in total for the Lori ones. Doing this manually should only take you a few minutes.
You should be able to click the trash next to your name while editing moderators.
...but since you pointed out the game, I went ahead and cleared it.
