The platform is whoever hosts the game. If you host the game on PC, the game will go under pc. If your friends on switch host the game, it will go into console. You are allowed to use a controller for pc but it doesn't affect the platform.
We have tried to accommodate for a wide variety of cross-platform/controls to allow all platforms to play together and use whatever they feel comfortable playing with. This means you yourself can go and get a controller to play on mobile if you would like to. Touchscreen has to stay to mobile only though as there is a touchscreen duplication glitch that we would like to stay in the mobile category as it would break the other platform categories.

If your 8:48 time is legit then all the cuts throughout the video must have added up to a minute which is pretty shocking tbh, obviously not your fault though.
But in this case, you verified a run that was almost a minute faster on the twitch highlight. For an 8 minute run having a whole minute cut throughout isn't okay. Because he didn't show a timer, we had to go by honesty with his real time. The problem is if more runs get submitted with glitchy twitch highlights and they submit going by the video time and not rta which we don't know about.
kinda stupid though how twitch highlights can cut a whole minute.... they're not suitable for submitting, as retiming can be severely off and if a player wasn't honest enough to provide a real time, runs could be let in with the wrong times.
nah we already sorted this out, twitch cut the clip from lag a few times and if you noticed, was 7:45. However, he had his own timer which was 8:48 and was honest enough to change it to the real time .
