Since some people have rushed to take advantage of all the new WR spots, let's clear some things up about glitchless: if it's not supposed to happen, it's a glitch.
Seems obvious, I know, but there's been a couple examples people think are valid:
- The van driving away in Diamond Store should not let you escape. That is a glitch.
- The bag pickup ring in Brick Bank should not be there until the helicopter arrives. That is a glitch.
- I didn't expect to have to say this, but the infinite stamina bug is a glitch.
- Shadow Raid allows you to escape during Loud. That is not a glitch.
Standards are a little higher in Glitchless runs, as well, as we need to confirm that nobody's using glitches. For Co-op runs, ensure that everyone is recording their perspective or your run will be marked as glitched. I'll add this to the website's "view rules", too.
Can you use a glitchless run for both the glitched and glitchless category?
Say you've submitted a glitched co-op run, and have not sent both perspectives, does this mean that it cannot be verified?
I simply wanted to ask because my friend was a part of a co-op run, but he didn't record it from his POV.

Glitchless runs must have all POVs. If a glitchless run does not have POVs of all players, then we'll assume it is glitched by default.

this is stupid. if the game bugs and ends the run immediately, for example, even with the player doing nothing, that's still a bug. it's an unfair advantage due to unintended game behaviour.

if he behaves the exact same way every time, then "it's not a bug, it's a feature" applies
Also Golden Mask Casino is not glitched, he moves to one of two spots after you send the blueprints. Of course in a speedrun you won't do this and rather go for him right away
