So my run was rejected because it didn't have the main menu, which is fine, what I want to know is why you have this rule
This rule is in place so we know what version the player is playing on, also this has always been a uniform rule ever since I have been mod.
The rules have been set out here, https://github.com/Installieren/DeadByDaylightSpeedrunningRules/wiki Make sure you look at the correct page for your run.
Now that would make sense if it actually told you which version of the game you were on in the main menu
small world uhTrance, this name was familiar, we did some speedruns on sniper elite 4, nice to see you do some dbd as well (with weird rules ^^)
The version is shown in the background of the picture, i.e silent hill theme or blight theme etc.... This way it stops some of the older runs that were added that may have been faster back in the older versions.
I never made these rules, they have been tweaked by me to try and make things clearer.
All I want to do here is make it a level playing field, and the rules in place are fine if played correctly.
I don't see the problem, you knew the rules before you started and you still choose not to do them, next time read the rules before you run
If you don't see the problem you clearly don't know much about the game
When I read the rules I thought it said from the pre game lobby. Which does make sense, but from the main menu... it's a very stupid rule. it's designed by mods who have little to no power in real life so they can make themselves seem powerful by making runners life's harder
bro judging by your profile you don't even qualify as a runner, you got prettymuch nothing on there
You said this less then a hour ago, is your short term memory doing that badly? http://prntscr.com/utlhcx
I actually made a very valid point within context, you just forgot what you said hence why you are backtracking now
