I'm running any% and reset during train because I had to pause and do something. I'm now stuck with Station Skip always affecting my runs. What do I do?

Easiest way is to restart your game. Otherwise, you need to play past the train and quit out from that point.

You can also return to the main menu while in the area with the cogs

I fixed it by reinstalling the game.
