Hey I know this speedrun is kinda dead and I was just wondering how these speedrunners use the no fall-damage glitch on demand.
This would not only be helpful information if I wanted to speedrun this but also for me to use in my survival worlds potentially.

Question: What is the trick to make it so that you don't take fall damage? (How do you exploit the no-fall-damage glitch and use it on demand)?

when u heal as soon as you fall, you don't take damage
