This is a long one and really hard to keep a good pace the whole way. There's a lot of health pick-ups but it's still very easy to die on parts of this map.

The only change I made over Videogamer07's route is to do a jump in the opening to get to red key faster. I found the jump fairly difficult to make, but there's a lost soul in the corner below you that you can build momentum off of to make it much easier.

You can sometimes avoid the final big fight by not firing any shots but I'm not sure exactly what the trigger is.
