so uh it turns out new dis without going out of bounds was possible in v2.2 this whole time. who woulda thunk it.

anyway word of advice don't do runs in wsl unless you absolutely have to, it's not meant for that lol

one last thing this was done on a version i compiled from the source code for v2.2 on github, i hope that's official enough. if not i can downgrade the game on steam and play legacy versions that way instead
