Contains missions 3 - 18b, ready to play. Note that the loadout/levels can vary from what you're used to as they depend on player's preferences (e.g. buy uniform upgrades earlier). Your save files can be found by right-clicking the game in your Steam library, Preferences -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files and going into the savedata folder.
