AustriaI guess that is because you have to enter every level twice to 100% complete them, once before finishing the game and once post-game. Also Hint arts suck.
1.2 is as much behind 1.0. as it was before. Both versions just got faster by probably the same amount of time.
This is huge! This could potentially save so much time in all categories. One step closer to sub 1 hour!
I just don't see a reason for such a category to be added. One of the main argument against many suggested categories is "Well, it doesn't add something really new. It's like another category with only slight differences." This is just any% except the last 5 seconds. So: Just no.

But you can't just collect 600 moons, you have to get enough from each type of moon to get all achievements. Could be interesting in terms of routing.
The skip is really not that hard, just practice it a bit. It is still faster to fail like twice at it than going around that stuff.
I am sure sub 1:00 will be possible sooner or later. Either movement will be optimized to the max or new glitches will be found, but imo there is no doubt that this will be a thing.
I don't say I am against this category, I quite like the idea, maybe I'll run it myself. But for me it just seems stupid.
I agree that this is dumb, it took over 2 weeks for Festival% to be added after five runs were done and this category just gets added for whatever reason. Stupid.
I don't have a pro controller, I am playing with Joy-cons, so I can not say if it is easier with pro controller or not, but I think sphinx clip itself is a pretty hard trick, with either controller. If you feel more comfortable playing with a pro controller, then you can of course buy it, but I definitely wouldn't buy one just for Sphinx clip, especially because sphinx clip doesn't save too much time.
My first run was like 2:12, but I didn't practice before that, I only watched the World record and Cave skip alone costed me like 20 minutes. Now my time is 1:12:51
Well, I mean I didn't record until I was at like 1:17. I had no capture card and they are pretty expensive. But 3 people tied with no video, at least the two which are not active are really suspicous, but there shouldn't be done anything about it unless there is certain prove imo. I don't want to know how many runs are actually fake on all leaderboards on this website.
They definitely are suspicious, but I don't think there should be done anything about it. Runs worse than 1:20 aren't really relevant for the leaderboards and if anyone cheats and there is no real prove for it, just let them. It won't change that much. I don't know why anyone would cheat to be in a (quite bad place of a) leaderboard, because I don't think that it feels good or anything to be there without deserving it.
9999coins%: Get 9999 coins as fast as possible.
All checkpoints: Beat the game and get all checkpoints
Toadette%: Get all moons from Toadette.
Minimum Captures World peace: Pretty much the current low % and world peace together.
Power of 69: Collect 69 moons (just for the lulz)
Captain Toad%: Get the Captain Toad moon in all kingdoms.
All shop moons: Buy one moon in every shop
Darker side no major skips: Cave skip, frog skip, maybe all sorts of clips should be banned.
I agree. Low% is just the wrong term for this.
I've been trying Nipple% lately and I am wondering what is up with that rock that gives you coins in the dino cave. Is it about positioning or is it just rng how many coins you get out of it?
