Theoretically it is possible that there is someone on another site who has a better time than juice right now. VERY unlikely but possible. Unless we know of it, we're gonna call juice's run world record.
A run is world record if it's faster than every other run. As I said, people knowing about it doesn't make it any more valid, but people are just gonna call another run world record if they don't know about a faster run.

Usually when people get a world record, they tell people about it or submit it to sites. If someone has a world record but didn't tell anyone, it's their fault that no one knew about it and called another run wr
World record is valid if there's video evidence. SDA isn't really used a whole lot nowadays and it never was required to put it there. Submitting a world record to speedrunning sites doesn't make it any more valid.
Don't suggest a new category if you can't do a run yourself. We're not even considering adding it before someone does a run. "But tom there are categories with no runs on the boards, why can't this be added as well???!!" The reason is that it's a DLC that costs money (At least I think so). Also, I'm pretty much the only active mod right now and Ive never played the pack in my life so I dont know anything about it. This will not be further discussed if you can't provide us with a run.
How about you do a run first
I don't know if any of the mods have any experience with 3ds emus but I'd assume the loads are inconsistent. I personally have never touched one so I can't really say anything. So unless someone tests it or we are proven wrong and the emulator is accurate then we'll take allowing it into consideration.
Even with me being pretty much the only active mod right now, we're fine.
It's almost been 2 years yes. He's the one who originally submitted nsmb2 to srcom and hes a super mod so we cant do anything about it really
Speedrun records overall don't really count for anything. It's self improvement and competition that's the main point. For ILs, if the time is good, you should be satisfied, but they're not as competitive/challenging as full game runs so they have less value in my opinion. I gathered a lot of the IL WRs at one point for fun and yeah it's not something I could really brag about.
You dont need game audio. If you do have game audio on, Nintendo is just most likely gonna demonetize your video, nothing else.
I'd much rather do an optimal run than be "legit".
