If you're talking about in any%, you press c to crouch. Then you want to get in the corner holding d with your pointer finger. Then aim to the right of the dot that is there (on high graphics) then press e with your middle finger and space with thumb. You wan't to press space e then space e again to double boost you up. Once you're on the dresser aim straight down and press space c d really fast. (it's not easy to explain on text I can show you on disc ShOk#0343)
