The ten activity cards found in game help are the correct cards. Because there's only ten cards, it's not possible to warp to every world like you did in your current pb, but this doesn't put you at a disadvantage or lose you time compared to other runners of the any% category, because no one else can warp to all worlds either. If at the beginning of the run you enter the portals in the order of Cooling Springs, Memory Meadow, SSD Speedway and GPU Jungle, you should be able to warp to SSD Speedway after you beat GPU Jungle and from SSD Speedway you should be able to warp to Memory Meadow. After completing Memory Meadow, there won't be an activity card to the last remaining world, so you will have to warp somewhere else and teleport to the final world using the in-game menu cards. If this explanation is confusing, I recommend checking the world record and seeing what it does after it beats the 3rd world. PS plus should not affect the cards, as my alt account does not have PS plus either and the cards are still functional. Thank you for being so understanding, and no need to worry about your English as it is more than good enough for people to understand.
Yes, the control center activity cards are still allowed in the run. The control center activity cards should pop up when you press the PlayStation home button, but if this doesn't work for you, you might want to do the same thing as many people who speedrun Astro's Playroom any%, and play on an alt account. Playing on an alternative account should make the activity cards work, but it's important that you do not play the network speedruns on this account, as it sometimes breaks the activity cards again. Hopefully this helps!
Yeah I've been thinking of adding CPU Plaza to the main game IL leaderboards, where you would need to collect all puzzle pieces in CPU Plaza
Thank you! I'm very happy to see so much competition for the world record
Currently there is no category like that, but that isn't a terrible idea. Kinda like a mix between any% and 17 crowns
I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Are you talking about adding splits to the descriptions of submitted all network speedruns like Mountain: 31.99 Space: 40.44 etc
Or are you talking about just having a leaderboard for the individual network speedruns?
Happy birthday to the first ever Astro's Playroom any% run!
I'm still thinking about the idea that 3 lap could be moved to the level leaderboard because if they were there they'd be easier to find and it'd be easier to compare the times and record holders for single lap and three lap.
I'm not an expert on all trophies, but I'm 99% sure the add-on trophies aren't necessary
I think this is a pretty decent idea for a new category! I could see myself giving it a shot at some point
You're Norwegian! I've been waiting for another nordic bro to join the community, but it seems like I was waiting for no reason, because there already was one present!
That would be climbing run 3 lap in 58.28. That time came from three runs that were 18.766 + 19.416 and 20.099 (average run was 19.42)
Ok, I'll do that. After I've finished the run, where do I upload it?
What do you mean by "we need an example of the category"? Like do I need to do an example run of it and share it here?
What do you guys think about having a three lap category for each of the network speedrun stages?
The category would consist of completing the stage three times in a row and adding up the igt at the end, not rta, which means you can take your time before starting the next lap if you want. This would make the network speedruns more similar to mario kart with people competing for the fastest single lap and three lap.
Let me know if you guys think this is a good idea! I think it would be a really interesting category to have, and if this gets enough support it'll be turned into a real thing!
Some people have been submitting the same run twice or even more, do not do this. It doesn't make the verification process any faster. In fact, if anything, it makes it slower for everyone involved. Thank you
