United StatesHOLY i just found the omega glitch, it saves 30-38 seconds. it involves going to the men's restroom and facing into the wall. you can then pull the levers to open the laboratory through the wall!
dunno if anyone is still active here, but ive discovered a glitch called door clipping. essentially if you are standing between a door and close it, it will either push you out or (in rare cases) keep you in the doors. if you time it just right, you can get a boost from the door and save around .05-.1s for every clip. so doing this on a lot of doors in right positions, i saved around a second alone from it. this probably explains why i open and close doors frequently. also, using it everywhere sometimes isnt optimal as it pushes you forward, whereas sometimes you want to go right or left.
edit: also, with these clips and my splits my sum of best is 4:18.9
yo, i need some help. there is a btts2 steam version (along with all the others) and it is offline. but, there is one problem. I would need tools to make a tool-assisted speedrun. does anybody know of any steam tools I could use to make a tas?
on the first-second elevator, you can use the hop to climb onto the floating platform and save milliseconds, but everywhere else wall jump is faster
okok a lot to take in, but no. not with kindess at all. i have atleast read three forums that have had those things and not a single nice thing was said, neither was it their first time either. links can be sent if requested, but forums are used for questions or strats or bugs, not when is my run getting verified or just random bs

also if you dont have discord then you shouldnt have a speedrun profile
dude ever since i followed this game, people have been making forums about "when will my run get submitted boohoo" or "is this glitch that is in the rules allowed?" and its so freaking stupid. i went offline one day. not two. not three. one. 99+ notifications. ALL of it was just forums from this game. not even that, theres a DISCORD for speedrunning AND just plain doors. WHY do people need to make forums about it, when no one cares!?! 1. mods work there butts off to even get 10 runs a day (because everyone is so bad they're like an hour to watch) and after 2 seconds some 2 year old, thirsty for youtube clout, makes a forum, instead of waiting, to complain about their run not getting verified. 2. again, there's a discord, you dont need to say something like "hey, what's ur guy's pbs", like, JUST DO IT IN THE DISCORD! theres more forums than brain cells ive lost just reading some of them. if you discover a bug, than make a forum. if you want to cry about a run not getting submitted, go to the discord. its stupid. its dumb. when theres another game that, lets say, just found ACE. I wouldnt know that because half of the notifs are just doors forums crying about a run that mods are working to get. just please spare my email
