The timer has to run for the whole duration of the run, so no you can't pause the timer. It has to be done in one sitting, and the run time includes any breaks you may take.

Streaming is not required, as long as you have a video of the run and follow all the rules you can submit it, and commentary is not required.

@DarkViperAU Obviously trying to actively sabotage other runners would be considered cheating as well.

If the run was done according to the rules at the time it should be allowed to be on the board, that's how runs with ifruit were handled. As for the other points you mention, while it's shitty behaviour I don't think that should warrant a ban from the leaderboard. The only reason someone should be banned is for cheating. (e.g. Anti).
