Runs with one or more deaths will now be timed using time with loads

Could we time our runs by IGT from now on, it seems that Gzdoom is faster when going by RTA since it skips most of the load screens.

Is there anyway we could make the snes version a different category than any%, the snes version of the game is shorter than the pc version
