Is it okay we can also input our non-loading time because it takes almost 1:30 to 2 minutes to have the loading screen to be finished and also a pain to watch it stop at over 95 to 98% most of the time after skipping the cutscene?

No you cant use bonuses, and no idea about the language but most of the time for all the uncharted games and the last of us English is the fastest.

I can definitely confirm, that the IGT does not include load times. I say this because i run Livesplit on my runs just cause & by the end there's like a 20 minute difference between IGT & Livesplit. Wish I had a faster PS4 HDD but oh wells.
